Their advantages are higher penetration, higher core recovery ratio, longer bit life and lower labor intensity, and the advantages get more clear with the increasing of hole depth.

Q series wireline core drill rods are made of strong and ductile geological steel pipes which are entire-length thermal processed. Rod threads are formed using former cutters and specially hardened so that their accuracy and mechanism reach advanced world standard.

Raw materials:

Based on the depth of drill bore, Q series wireline core drill rods are classified into A and B grades. A grade drill rod is entire-length or ends thermal processed and B grade drill rod is entire-length processed.
